Dear Team, I received a PCN from terminal 4 crown plaza, which is a ridiculous thing done by the hotel company, that no one was aware of being a normal drop off location for their own customers. I challenged it being a hirer of the car & got their standard response. So just want to get expert opinion now how to response further, much appreciated. I will attach all notifications I received from them till now and my initial response too for your assistance.
