I've recieved a new letter from the debt collection agency, however I can't work out how to add the screenshot?

If it is merely a debt collection letter, we do not need to see it. We only need to see a Letter of Claim from the parking company's solicitors, or any court claim form.

Although we don’t need to see this one, the links in Reply #4 and in DWMB2’s trailer point you to instructions for linking to attachments.

Any potential court case won't be heard for about 2 years fue to the vast backlog of cases. It will take the best part 6 months to go through the appeal process to get anywhere near being dealt with by the parking company, and many more months before court papers are issued. I'm sure the problem will go away befre then as you were not the driver, it's better that we don't know who he is, maybe alter your post where you mention a close relative, use the words "the driver".
Bus driving since 1973. My advice, if you have a PSV licence, destroy it when you get to 65 or you'll be forever in demand.

They wouldn't of known its not me who was the driver and if I knew how to edit the post I would . I'm not very good at this using this forum haha.
Thanks again

I'm not sure what disadvantage you think might be caused by us knowing that the driver was the OP's partner.
