Just got this ticket. My friend was driving and she did not see the signs. Can anything be done about that? Thank you.

Search the forum for something like
Stansted APCOA
and you will see lots of cases along with an appeal which will be succesful.

Hi,

I just went to their page, just to be sure, on the appeal page I should select I was a "Vehicle's keeper", and later in Appeal section just put the text from the link you provided, correct?
