Hi All,

I have recently received a letter and an email from Gladstones Solicitors saying I need to pay £375 within the next 7 days or they are commencing legal proceedings.

This is from 3 parking fines which I thought were cancelled and haven't heard from in over a year. For context, I used to work at Tesco as an employee and was granted free unlimited parking during shifts, for an unknown reason, one week I received 3 parking fines in this week which I didn't think much of thought it would be a mistake so didn't respond to (I now know they wasn't a mistake and was actually sent through, hence why this has escalated). I didn't hear any follow up really for months, I forgot about the fines and assumed my manager had dealt with them, and they have just now sent a letter and email through a year later saying I have to pay them right now, any email I send is being rejected and they only say my client is happy with the fines and you must pay now so I can't even negotiate with them.

(In England for reference)

I will give you £100 for every occurrence of the word "fine" in any of the Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) you received.
