Hi my 18 year old parked in petrol station never got out the car waiting on my other daughter arrival stating she overstayed the maximum time

It's somewhat academic, assuming it is a private parking charge, as there is no keeper liability in Scotland. But need to see the notice.

Agreed, but it is always interesting to see who the operator is and how they are wording their notices.
