When you say
Quote
tried to nominate a driver
, how exactly did you try?
Essentially you should reply to this letter attaching whatever you sent if you named a driver, and say that as far as you are concerned the matter is now closed and any further contact you will treat as harassment.

Where is the original Parking Charge Notice (PCN)? It was issued as a postal Notice to Keeper (NtK). Show that to us and also please tell us why the driver has been identified?

Reminders and debt recovery letters are of no concern and can be safely ignored.

Thank you so much for responding!

Below I’ve attached the original NtK that was received by post.

I logged into paycharge.co.uk & tried to say the registered keeper was not driving, it led to a form to which I completed (I don't think that it asked to confirm who was driving) however I did not receive any kind of confirmation or acknowledgement of my action. Rather the Notice of debt recovery came to the registered keeper as attached in the previous post.

Forget about nominating the driver. They are after you as the Keeper. If you follow the advice, nobody pays a penny to UKPC.

I wouldn't even bother with a POPLA appeal for this. All you need to do is ignore all useless debt recovery letters. Debt collectors are powerless to do anything except to try and persuade the low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree to pay up out of ignorance and fear.

Eventually you will receive a Letter of Claim (LoC), most likely from their bulk litigator of choice, DCB Legal. When you do, tell us and we will provide a suitable response. You will receive an N1SDT Claim Form from the CNBC and you show that to us. We provide a template defence and advice on how to respond and deadlines.

All DCB Legal issued claims, as long as they are defended will eventually be struck out or discontinued.

Thank you so much for your guidance. I shall report back on receipt of a LoC.
