Hi all,

My first post here, and I'm very appreciative of the support the website offers, it's a relief to have found it. I'm posting on behalf of my son, who is the registered keeper of a vehicle that received a Premier Park PCN dated 11th April 2025, in Warminster.

The driver of the vehicle on 8th April 2025 parked outside a gym on the Castlemore Retail Park in Warminster, where they are a member. They left after 2 hrs 14 mins, the maximum stay period being 2 hrs. Here's the PCN:

The first paragraph is confusing. The final sentence seems to say that because the PCN hasn't been paid, someone needs to pay for the parking. I note that they use a PO Box address, although the company's registered address is included at the foot of page 2. I don't have photographs of the signage around the car park, but that is easily obtainable if required. The driver will also check with the management at the Gym to ask their advice.

Any and all help and advice would be gratefully received.

Many thanks,

OF

The first port of call as you say is back to the gym and speak to the manager and ask that it is cancelled.

Also, as you say the first parh is oddly phrased.

The PPN does not contain the invitation to the keeper to pay the PPN.
