Hi folks,
I have received a parking charge from PCS where the reason for issue is Exceeded the allowed limit. The allowed limit was 30m and I was aware of it and I was below that. I have proof of that from my Google Maps History, Waze and the BMW travel history. I was only about 20m.

What is the best way to move forward and appeal?
Do not disclose who's the driver? Upload the screenshots proving that the driver did not exceed the limit?

There is no “period of parking” on the notice (their waffle about this being the period preceding the time on the notice won’t do) which seems key if they claim you parked for longer than “allowed” and is a requirement of PoFA 2012 to transfer liability from the driver to the registered keeper, so don’t identify the driver as you say.
