Well done! Would it be possible to share what you sent to appeal this please? I received the exact letter for “authorised parking” at the same site. No idea what that’s supposed to mean but I guess they thought the driver had left the premises? There are bank statements showing purchases were made. Contacted Wing Yip to try to get them to intervene but they did not care.

Sorry for the late reply.  The notification was in my SPAM box.

Probably too late now but there's no trick. All I did was explain that the driver and passenger were customers of Wing Yip and there were receipts to prove it.  Same as your case.  In our case the driver was walking around outside and at one point left the site but as he was there only to drive the customer to Wing Yip it isn't a breach of the parking contract.

Wing Yip won't be interested as the scheme is operated by the external parking company.
