Last week i received a letter from HCB claiming ive not paid speeding fine and parking charge limited have asked them to chase the debt.
I live with parents and both are aware when speeding fines or parking fines are sent in post and they never received any notices and ive not come across any previous notices.
So i emailed Parking Charge Limited and they replied back saying they have nothing to do with the company and that other people have reported same thing, so it was a big relief but then today i recieve a text saying notice of removal on the 10th.
I checked with my local county court and theres no writ.
This all happened after i bought a used car and searched for insurance.
Anyone else had same experience ?
