PCN parking fee covering visit duration was not paid in full

Received a PCN for “parking fee covering visit duration was not paid in full “ visiting the cinema and ticket ran out, it’s a pre paid machine. Tried to explain misjudged the time and then in the film so couldn’t leave to place new ticket on the car. £60 fine going up to £100. Help?

Best to remove your personal details from the PPN.

AS stated more information needed. Photos of signage the mention of "Minster Baywatch" interesting as they have come up before as two entities.

You say that you "tried to explain" what do you mean by that?
