It is 7 days from "service" of the order. They allow 5 days for service so you have until the 17th March to resend your copy of the DQ..
You should also send a formal complaint to the CNBC with evidence of your email receipt from when you originally submitted your DQ and demand an apology for their false accusation.
Just resend your DQ to dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk and make sure you include the clam number in the subject of the email.
