Hi
ParkingEye issued me a PCN, I appealed with POPLA. POPLA marked my appeal as "unsuccessful" but stated they sided with me. Then they corrected their statement and marked it as "SUCCESSFUL" meaning I should be free of this....
However now PARKINGEYE sent me another email saying they expect me to pay full as the appeal was "unsuccessful" (this was the first time around).
What should I do to protect myself now? I'm not paying for this!

An unusual Situation! Do you have a copy of the appeal outcome?

Send them a copy of the POPLA decision noting that it was successful and tell them that the charge should be cancelled and they must stop processing your data. If they do not confirm it has been cancelled then contact the BPA to complain.

Unfortunately it's impossible for normal people to contact ParkingEye directly. Instead I got 2 emails from POPLA saying they are sorry for their mistake and that they have contacted ParkingEye themselves to clarify the situation.
I am therefore not going to pay anything... I have kept a copy of the POPLA report with the correct outcome :)

You have an address you can send post to, which is what a court would likely expect of a reasonable person.
There are motorists who have been scammed and those who are yet to be scammed!

They certainly don't make it easy to contact them, but as The Rookie notes, there'll be a postal address on the original notice.
