@badparker, I would advise you start a new thread for your own case. There are certain things that you must understand about a POPLA appeal, especially about this location.
MET will always reject the initial appeal because they can and there is no prospect of any money in it for them if they accept. All initial appeals must only be by the keeper and no giving away the drivers identity.
This location is definitely no relevant land for the purposes of PoFA, irrespective of how much MET will protest that point. Unfortunately, many POPLA assessors are a bit too thick to understand the nuance of this issue and it needs careful explaining in the appeal as to why the Keeper cannot be liable.
Of course, the point is moot if the Keeper blabbed that they were the driver in their initial appeal.
The addition of an additional method of payment does not breach anything as it does not materially change the terms and conditions.
