I just sent a test email to that address and no problem reported. I also did an MX Lookup and there is nothing wrong with their email system:

Weirdly, I also got the same issue as the OP.

I'd be minded to try again and CC in the info@ inbox as well. The priority here is getting the clock ticking for their response.

Send them a formal complaint about the email address and depending on their response, you make an official complaint to the ICO.

the complaints were all rejected but i now have access to all the files they have on me
