In Dec 2023, my partner has called NPC and registered my car number in the apartment parking spot. Also, the parking rent is included in the contract.
I have been parking from Dec 2023 at my partner's place. They never sent any NPC permit.
Two months ago, we received a fine that shows that NPC permit is not displayed. As NPC never mailed or sent any NPC permit and they also never reminded us via email, post or call.
We submitted internal appeal to look at their records and they declined the appeal given the reasons that permit was not displayed. They told us to go to

They have not replied us any reasons, explanation but said to appeal it further to theias.org.
