You should have received an auto-response from dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk. Have you checked your MCOL history? That will tell you whether your DQ has been received. If it doesn't and as you have received confirmation from DCB Legal, just resend your DQ to the CNBC again. Or, you can try and call the CNBC and ask them whether they received it or not.

I was on MCOL history page and there wasn't any update, hence my post. I just forwarded it again and looks like this time auto-reply was triggered OK as received email within 1 minute. I guess it's time of a day or IT glitch that no one reported it. Thanks again
