Hi all,

Keeper received a PCN from Parking Eye after the driver overstayed in the car park 1 min extra. This was under the impression that they could park for free for up-to 20 minutes, which they were told by a security guard upon entry. Is this worth appealing or is it a lost cause? Thanks

From what I can make out the car was in the car park for 12 minutes. You need to post a more clear copy of the PCN and the signs of the car park indicating 20 minutes free parking.

Hi,

A clearer scan is in the link below. I don't think there were any signs saying you could park for 20 minutes free of charge, the driver took the security guard's word for it, at least from what I can see on maps.
