There's only so much help we can offer with Witness Statements, because you are the witness, so they need to be your version of events as you understand them in relation to your case and your defence.
Ideally, you wait to receive the Claimant's WS and yours responds to that, but you can make some initial arguments in advance. With how busy this forum is, and my day job, I'll not have time to do any searching on your behalf unfortunately.
