Parking charge - Excel Parking

I am aware that several charges have been issued against my car. I have requested details from excel.

However I have received a notice of claim on one.

I am the keeper of the vehicle, however i was not the driver. They say it must be settled by the 20th or they will issue proceedings.

Could you please help me as to what i should do next?

I was made aware by the driver at the time, i did receive letters also but due to major back surgery they fell very much onto the back burner. Other than what is posted here all paperwork has been lost during a big house clearout.

As noted in your other thread, if you intend to fight this you need to respond to the Letter of Claim, disputing the debt and giving brief reasons as to why.

To be able to offer much specific advice we need to see the signage at the site and ideally the original notice.
