From what you have said, are you awaiting a response to your appeal? If so, no need to respond to their fishing letter, just await their probable rejection.

What's the status of your first appeal?

The message in which they asked for my full name and address was in regards to my first appeal. It is in that message which also mentions the 14 days of "charge on hold".  I'm guessing this is not a "response" to my appeal? I have not received any other emails from them.

My second PCN appeal (submitted on 3rd of June) has not received any response as of yet (no requests for name and address or decision)
