Hi all,

I am currently appealing a ticket from P4Parking in my gated area for parking without my permit (on the basis that I have a permit and my contract doesn't require me to display it). They rejected the appeal and I appealed via POPLA again, this is still ongoing however I received the below NTK in the mail.

What should I do? Continue via POPLA or appeal this new notice?

You won't receive a second PCN for a single infraction.  You get one, you appeal it and then they (usually) reject and issue a POPLA / IAS code

Is this for more than one "contravention"?

Yes its for one contravention. I'm just not sure why I'm receiving this NTK while my POPLA appeal is still in progress.

Can I just appeal this NTK on the basis that I'm the keeper and not liable?

Was the original a windscreen notice? Presume you appealed to the parking co and they rejected?

Yes - the first appeal was direct from the ticket that I received on my windscreen. They rejected it, provided a POPLA code which I am now also appealing and just received this NTK also..

Did you admit to being the driver?

I did not, I explicitly said I was appealing as the keeper and resident/owner of the bay.
