Why have you redacted the timestamp? Is there only a single timestamp? Is there a “period of parking” stated?
Their Notice starts off with:
We are writing to inform you that, as the driver of the above vehicle, you are liable for a Parking Charge of £70 which, as of the date of this notice, remains unpaid in full.
On what basis do they know that you, the Keeper, are also the driver? Unless you have blabbed that fact to them, they don’t know. There is no legal obligation on the
known Keeper to identify the
unknown (to them) driver to an unregulated private parking firm.
If there is no period of parking noted then they cannot hold the Keeper liable. Also, without a period of parking of more than the minimum consideration period, there is no no evidence of a contract being formed.
