They know they don't have chance in hell of winning this if they ever try to take it all the way to court.

I still suggest you get your local or even national media onto this story. It is grist for the mill for the Daily Mail.

Pretty much used the templates from this forum and they withdrew their application from popla. Thanks to those who helped the original person as it also helped me avoid the fine!
