Parking ticket I didn't know about

Hi, I am the owner of the vehicle that got a ticket for parking in a private residential area June 2023. There was no ticket notification in my window when we returned to our car and only paper in the window was the parking permit we had to park there.
Apparently a ticket was sent to an address which I moved from one year prior and I don't have any contact with the people living in my old house, so was never aware if this ticket(no chance of contesting)...
Last year august 2018 it apparently also went to court and 13th this month It appeared on my credit report ,which was when I was made aware of this.
I tried contacting the parking company (even the private residential parking management have tried also and have backed me up). I have tried contacting the solicitor (which were incredible rude and condescending towards me) and have tried contacting the court several times without luck ...
Now I have a CCJ on my credit report and have to say I am shocked and frustrated and feel a bit lost in the system and what (if anything) I can do...
Please if anyone have ideas to help me ,thanks

You need to phone the CNBC first thing in the morning, at 8:30am if you want to avoid a long wait. When you speak to someone, you must get the details of the Particulars of Claim (PoC). Tell them to email them to you while you wait on the phone.
Who is the claimant and who is the bulk litigation firm representing them? What was the date of the judgment?
Get those details and show us the PoC and we can work on a plan to get the CCJ set aside under CPR 13.2.
The reason you never received the PCN or any other paperwork was because you never updated your V5C DVLA address when you moved. Updating your drivers licence does not automatically update your Registered Keeper data.
Is your V5C up to date now? If not you can do it online.
