John Lennon Airport - VCS notice for stopping
« on: »
Good morning
I received a notice from VCS in September - for the car being stopped outside JLA in August (drop off). I have followed guidance from here in replying to their notice, but they have involved dbcl since November and they in turn have written and emailed to me since (and are now ringing, leaving voicemails). Hopefully, what I have done so far is okay. At any rate, could do with guidance. I can upload documents.
Many thanks.

Will do - presumably wise to redact identifying info!?

Yes, this is a public forum, so redact your name, address, PCN#, and your vehicle reg. All dates/times should be left on.

Please also show us copies of appeals/their responses.

You could block their phone number as it is usual not to speak to any of them.

Everything in writing.

Personally, I would cease all communication with DCBL until they issue you with a Letter of Claim.

You've done well so far but understand that this can be a long game.

Once you have an LoC then more help can be provided.

In the meantime, there is nothing they can do to make you pay.

Just remember that DCBL is always to be ignored, but DCB Legal isn’t. They are not the same.
