Yes, although they will get a phone number from you from your N180 which you’ll send to the court but copy them on later, so don’t get bothered about it.

No, you’re not going to court.
You need, however, to follow the process as if you were going to court. DCB Legal will, eventually, discontinue rather than pay the court fee and pay someone to turn up in court in person. Just keep us informed and you’ll get advice here.

What you've received is all boilerplate stuff from DCB Legal. They will keep on offering lower amounts to settle. Just ignore them and eventually they will give up and discontinue, just before they have to pay the £27 trial fee.
