Hi team FTLA,

The Ibis Hotel where the alleged contravention occurred, has an agreement in place with a neighboring place of worship to provide free parking spaces for a maximum of 1 hour on the basis that the driver enters their vehicle registration into a digital tablet on arrival.

The driver on this occasion delayed entering their vehicle registration on arrival having forgotten - the vehicle registration was later logged at 20:29:17
- This time has been confirmed by the place of worship who has a digital log of all vehicle entries.

The place of worship is unwilling to approach the hotel as a means of support, and the hotel is yet to respond to contact made.

Does the PCN comply with regulations?
