Driver was collecting partner after works party. Driver drove into car park. Driver called female partner to see how long they would be, partner couldn't hear because of noise, partner left party and said they were outside waiting by the side of the road and to get there asap as they were alone. Driver didn't stop get 80p pay and display, driver did what anyone would and drove about 250m to pick up partner.
We are a bit away from the carpark so have no photos yet.
That's it. They want 60 quid for being in a car park for 6 minutes at twenty past midnight.
Nothing has been sent to them so far.
I would be grateful for any advice please, even if it's a lost cause.
