I have received a PCN for £85 from Green Parking. The photo shows one of the cars registered in my name in the photo. What i can see in the app is that a payment was made for the same car park but for another car registered in my name for the same date. How do i go about solving this situation please. The date on the notice is 11th Dec 2025 and it refers to a 9th Dec image. Thank you

THISCome back with the relevant information and someone here will be able to assist you.
You’ve redacted too much, such as the issue date of the PCN itself.
We need more information than you’ve given in order to advise you properly, and the link you were given above gives the necessary advice.
Is the issue date 11/12/25 as you say?
There appears to be no “period of parking” on the notice, which is required if the liability is to be transferred from the unknown driver to the registered keeper. If you haven’t identified the driver, they can’t claim anything from the registered keeper.
From
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4 A notice which is to be relied on as a notice to keeper for the purposes of paragraph 6(1)(a) is given in accordance with this paragraph if the following requirements are met.
(2)The notice must—
(a)specify the vehicle, the relevant land on which it was parked and the period of parking to which the notice relates;
If you search the forum for

you will find other cases of non-compliance with PoFA, for example
https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/green-parking-private-car-park-pcn-oxted-wedge-properties/msg96537/#msg96537, and an appeal along the lines of
I am the keeper of the vehicle and I dispute your 'parking charge'. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
As your Notice to Keeper (NtK) does not fully comply with ALL the requirements of PoFA 2012, you are unable to hold the keeper of the vehicle liable for the charge. Partial or even substantial compliance is not sufficient. There will be no admission as to who was driving and no inference or assumptions can be drawn. Green Parking has relied on contract law allegations of breach against the driver only.
The registered keeper cannot be presumed or inferred to have been the driver, nor pursued under some twisted interpretation of the law of agency. Your NtK can only hold the driver liable. Green Parking have no hope at POPLA, so you are urged to save us both a complete waste of time and cancel the PCN.
will be rejected, but then they will have to provide a POPLA code where you will have to submit a more precisely reasoned appeal.
Do please show us a copy of the PCN without the excessive redaction so we can offer better advice.
The PCN says you can appeal by post or online, not by email. Use their online portal where possible.
