POPLA did not properly address my key appeal points concerning creditor identity and the absence of a compliant invitation for the keeper to pay the charge. I am now expecting the usual series of threatening debt collection letters to start arriving soon.

Not really surprising, they are rather nuanced appeal points generally beoynd the scope of POPLA assessors. You can try again when they try to take you court.
