Oh dear. They saw you coming a mile off. I don't think there's much you can do about the payment plan you agreed with the useless DRP. Please tell us you didn't agree to pay them the PCN amount plus their fake add-on £70 per PCN charge.
For future reference, never, ever, ever, EVER communicate with a debt collector. They are powerless to do anything except dupe you into paying up. They cannot enforce anything and you should use their letters as kindling or to line the bottom of a litter tray.
As for the new DRP letters you have received, do not respond to them. Ignore them, They already have you marked as a "mug" because of your agreement to pay them previously.
Eventually, they will stop. However, you will, in due course, receive a Letter of Claim (LoC) from DCB Legal. When you do, come back and show us. We will tell you how to respond.
DCB Legal will issue a claim in the county court which is easily defended. This is what you want. The county court is the ultimate dispute resolution service. In the overwhelming majority of cases, DCB Legal will discontinue the claim before any hearing.
If only you'd discovered this forum before you responded to DRP. No one who is here receiving advice pays a penny to ECP.
