Parking within Bay at Brent Cross Shopping Mall (UKPC - PCN)

Please advise, Receieved a PCN for not parking within the bay at Brent Cross car park where parking is free; and car was squeezed between two awfully parked cars. How can I appeal this penalty. Thanks

How long is a piece of string?
