Hi Guys,
My friend has received the county court judgment letter from Euro car parks ltd.

He has paid the parking charges, but the company is saying you have not paid, as they think he has not typed in the correct information and his car is not showing on their system or his Reg details.

I told him you have a case , as you paid the parking charges and also you are saying i input the correct information, so this is like their words against his word.

Please advise, as you help will be much appreciated.

Oh, deep joy. Yet another vicarious post "on behalf of" a friend who has insufficient interest in his own case to post here himself, with contradictory information, and missing most of the information that you are told we need every time you do this.

"the" means the definite article. There is no "the" county court judgment letter - and if it is a letter informing him that they have a county court judgment against him, it's a bit late for the responses you are suggesting. If they do not have a county court judgment against him, you are simply wasting everyone's time with lies.
