I have received my court letter. Which is on the link below. I'm guessing I just wait to see if the court fee is paid or they submit all the information

Do I need to do anything else?

What is the deadline for submission of Witness Statements etc.?

It would also be helpful to know what has happened prior to this (what defence you submitted, for example).

I have followed the advice to the letter posted on this forum. We had mediation appointment in November and I stuck to my defence as advised
It got allocated to my local court couple of weeks ago and today I received attached letter

So whoever is claiming that you owe them money needs to pay the system £27 by 9th Feb.

If you have "followed the advice to the letter posted on this forum" then the claimant won't cough up the £27 and the case will be discontinued.
