DRP now Gladstones Solicitor (Private Parking)
« on: »
Hello all,

I was originally on the Pepipoo forum but they now seem down so hope you can all bear with me a moment and advise me on what steps to take next.

I was parked in Arena Shopping Centre in Coventry. I was due to pick up some furniture but as I had my toddler with me I had to take her into consideration whilst heavy lifting. I called in advance and they said they could not bring it out to me so and the closest spot was a disabled spot unfortunately. I was only there for 10-15minutes but was fined during this time.

The letter came through the post from Premier Park Ltd over christmas but by the time it came through the post due to the holiday period it was already past the 2 week mark and I was not willing to pay the inflated rate. I called the Retail park and they refused to help.

Shortly after, letters came from DRP which I was advised to ignore. Now Gladstones Solicitors has sent me a letter before claim.

Could you all advise on what I should do next? Thank you in advance and appreciate your time in reading my post.

Please provide pictures of the NtK (first one only, not the reminders) and the LoC. We do not need to see any debt collector letters.

Did you make any appeal to the operator and if so, show us exactly what you said in any appeal.

This thread explains the best way to provide those images:

Unfortunately, I cant seem to find the first letter. I must've misplaced it.

I do however have the letter before claim which I will upload shortly when I get home. I have not made any appeals as of yet.

Thanks,
