Debt Recovery Plus PCN issued at Heathrow terminal Help
« on: »
Hi again!

As a private hire driver going in and out of Heathrow they have some how missed this autopay from my account for some reason as they have taken from days before and from days after?

Silly me I left it very late to the stage of Debt Recovery Plus getting involved so I wonder is there a way to get these guys off my back?

I've put in the debt recovery letters I have, I can't find the original pcn but I have taken a screenshot off the pcn from the website, also I added a screenshot of the autopay payments and shows they missed it but took days before and after.

Thanks in advance.

Please read this first, especially if you’re trying to show images:

However, we do not need to see any debt collector letters. You can safely ignore all debt collector letters. Never, ever try and contact the debt collectors. They are powerless and you must ignore them.

Had you come here when you got the Notice to Keeper from APCOA, we could have given you a simple appeal that would have been the end of the matter as long as the drivers identity is not revealed. However, it is too late to appeal now.

APCOA are not litigious and you can carry on ignoring the debt collector letters. Eventually they will stop. Should you be the first person to break the mould and receive a Letter of Claim (LoC) for this, come back and tells us and we’ll advise further.

For now, just ignore everything unless it is an LoC or an N1SDT Claim form from the CNBC.
