Thanks in advance for any help.  It seems that parking tickets are like buses in this household.  Nothing for years and then three!

This is the first anyone has heard from anyone about this ticket, nothing on the car, nothing else in the post and this is a very strange reading letter indeed.

We have a university student in the household who regularly pays for parking in different locations across campus so we don't know which car park it might be.

Photos of signage could maybe be obtained from one of the car parks on Thursday.

Where do we even start with this, please?

I think you've got the back pages mixed up - you've uploaded the back page from your ongoing SABA case. As the original notice has seemingly not arrived, have you double-checked that the vehicle's V5C document is up-to-date?

Whilst we cannot offer any guarantees, historically, APCOA are very benign - I don't think we've ever seen a single APCOA case taken to court. As the deadline for any appeal has long passed, I'd ignore the debt collectors.

I have never seen an APCOA case litigated. They are a very profitable company thanks to the vast orchard full of victims who are considered low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree.

Once they have exhausted the debt collection letter phase they give up and go off in search of lower-hanging fruit. There is no shortage of ripe fruit for the picking out there.

We don’t need to know about useless debt collector letters and they can be safely ignored.
