How many actual CCJs have been issued for parking at this location? I do not want to know how many PCNs are yet to be processed.
It is impossible to assist properly unless you answer the questions raised in previous posts. You say you've paid some of the CCJs but you are not making sense.
The fact that you only updated your V5C after the dates of the alleged contraventions means that all the correspondence for those PCNs went to your old address. Any correspondence that comes to the current address will be down to a debt recovery agent doing a simple credit file search to find your current address. The fact that all the claims were sent to the old address means that you missed crucial documents.
What we don't know is how many PCNs in total we are dealing with here. How many of those were issued a claim? Were they all on a single claim or were separate claims issued for each PCN? These questions are important and you will need to clarify with answers.
If they have made separate claims for each PCN, then they have breached a vital legal principle of estoppel. If the claims were served to an address you no longer resided at, irrespective of whether you had updated your V5C doesn't matter and you could have had each CCJ set aside.
However, I am not clear where you stand now as you say you have paid some money to DCBL already. If you've paid anything and it is more than 30 days since the judgment was entered, the CCJ stays on your record but is simply marked as 'satisfied' for the next 6 years and is only one degree less financially painful than not having it marked as satisfied.
As this seems extremely complex and has not been dealt with at all properly, I suggest you seek proper legal advice. However, I can recommend that you try and make contact with Jackson Yamba at
Contestor Legal, as his track record in dealing with cases like this is exemplary/
