Have just received 'Notice of allocation to the small claims track(Hearing)'. Assume there is nothing we can do at this stage?

There will be another order to follow with a hearing date, deadlines for submitting Witness Statements and for the claimant to pay the trial fee of £27. DCB Legal will discontinue before the deadline to pay the trial fee.
