A point on the signage - I wonder if pre-emptively talking about the BPA having audited the site, before they have made any such claim, is necessary.
The most recent POPLA appeal I submitted (upheld in mid December) ruled in my favour on signage, and made no claims to have audited the site (although the operator claimed the BPA had done so).
