Hi, I just had the mediation appointment and confirmed my position. He couldn't get me the name of the representative but said this person does have the authority to settle. He said they would never give out full name but it's a authorised person from DCB Legal. I have offered £0 and the call ended.

Will now wait until the next step.

That is absolutely fine. You’ve attended, engaged, and made a reasonable (in your context) offer. The box is ticked for the court.

You now wait for allocation to your local county court and directions from a procedural judge.
