Can anybody help me with this? I tried to find similar cases for answers but did not manage to find any.
I have now received an email from DCBL as well saying this:
"Good Morning,
We write in relation to the above matter.
Our client is prepared to make an offer to potentially conclude this matter. We ask that you call us on 0203 838 7038 to discuss this further.
We look forward to hearing from you."

I don't know what am I supposed to do at this stage...

DCB Legal will discontinue just before they are required to pay the £27 trial fee. You are many months away from that point though.

In the meantime, you should not communicate with either DCBL or DCB Legal.

You need to be prepared to submit a Witness Statement by 13 April. As it says.

Search the forum and do your research. You’ve got more than a month. In due course the date by which DCB Legal need to pay the fee should become clearer.
