Author Topic: Charter House - 'Parked outside of the confines of a marked bay'  (Read 8 times)

I received a parking fine at the block of flats I live at. It is issued by a private company 'Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd'. They're charging an extortionate fee of £100, £60 if paid within 14 days.

The reason is 'Parked outside the confines of a marked bay'.

They have photographs they took at 2am of me pulled up on the curb.

Any advice would be appreciated.
