To recap
The first and only letter from Smart Parking, dated 6.11.24 received in Jan 2025 for the alleged offence in
28.10 2024.
Then I got many letters from 'Debt Recovery Plus' dated 12.02.25 up until 6.6.25.

So now I am not clear why I got this letter after 9 months and from a different debt collector?
I appreciate that this is not a Letter of Claim (LoC) - but wonder if this will likely lead to one due to the change of debt collector?
