BW LEGAL - PCN

Hi guys,
Received a notice from BW LEGAL regarding an outstanding PCN from UK CAR PARKING MANAGEMENT LTD
My vehicle had broken down within a bay, they have said I've ignored all letters etc.
However they contacted me on my phone number and a letter.

Please advise on next steps

Hi, please read this and post both front and back of the Notice to Keeper (NTK) - Please redact your personal info, the PCN number and number plate. https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/

Also confirm if you have had any communications prior, and if you have evidence of the breakdown (eg: document from AA or other recovery service).

For now, if you haven't, do not identify the driver.
