We do not need to see the reminders. The only valid document is the original Notice to Keeper (NtK). However, you have not shown us the back of that NtK.
Simply paraphrasing what you put in your appeal is not what was asked for. The exact wording is required, in order to check whether you have thrown away a perfectly good defence by inadvertently admitting to being the driver simply by not referring to the driver in the third person. If you, the Keeper, wrote "I did this or that" instead of "the driver did this or that" then you have blamed the drivers identity which you are under no legal obligation to provide.
From what is evident on the front of the NtK is that they cannot rely on PoFA to hold the Keeper liable. However, that is a wasted point if the Keeper has identified as the driver.
