Hi all,

Parked in a private car park managed by BP, I decided to park in a disabled bay as it was closer to the exit and I didn't display a badge. I've attached the letter below, can I appeal or shall I pay? [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

No they did it however there is a family member who has a badge I can access
