What was the outcome of your POPLA appeal @Rocketeer ? I'm dealing with a similar situation myself at the moment and would be interested to know how you got on.

@autolycus - they almost certainly won't have an outcome yet. The operator has 21 days from when Rocketeer submitted their appeal in which to respond with evidence. When they respond, Rocketeer has a further 7 days to provide a final response.

After that, it gets put in a queue for assessment. The waiting time can be up to 3 months.

@ autolycus - Sorry for thr late reply. I have an acknowledgment that the appeal has been registered and that is it so far. Are you dealing with the same company or the same area?
