Wood green parking fine - Change of company

Hello,

i was issued this parking fine from wood green shopping mall. In fact i have now received 3 of them from the same mall.

After phoning them up, (i was careful not to admit anything about who the driver was) i was informed that the company that used to manage the parking of the shopping mall had now changed.

I had registered with the previous Company as they operated a cashless system where you register your Vehicle and card details and get charged when you enter the mall. This was the process in place for the last 3 years or so.

How was i to know that the company has changed and although they too operate a cashless system, i needed to register all over again? I have gone to check my emails where i normally receive receipt of payment from the old company and there is nothing from the old company about them changing hands.

so each time i have gone into the mall over the last two weeks, it appears that i have been charged a penalty fine making 3 in total.

What am i to do here?

Images of the signage would be wise. Particularly, look to see if the change of terms and operator is clearly displayed.

Are you able to establish EXACTLY when the car park management changed?

i am not able to establish when the management changed hands. I will get pictures of the new signage today
